Hal Masover, CRPC®

For over four decades, Hal Masover has built a career rooted in value investing, alternative asset diversification, and retirement planning. As the Founder of Investment Insights, Inc., Hal’s approach goes beyond traditional stock and bond portfolios—integrating real estate, commodities, and other tangible assets to create resilient, growth-oriented financial strategies. An industry thought leader, Hal holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) designation and authored Value Investing in Commodity Futures (John Wiley & Sons, 2000), which has been translated into multiple languages. His expertise has made him a trusted speaker at investor conferences, a published author in financial publications, and a go-to source for insights on alternative investing.

Beyond the world of finance, Hal enjoys golfing, photography, and grilling meals for family and friends. He has been married to Joan Masover since 1979, and together they have raised two sons—David, a computer engineer, and Aaron, a computer programmer.
